Vendor Registration
Please come and network with middle Tennessee's EMS
providers and their staff at the annual MTEC Conference. This year’s exhibit
halls open for set-up on the Morning of the 8th at 7am, for participants the
Vendor break is that morning at 10:15am and close after noon on the 9th.
Cost for this event is $150 per vendor for the duration of
the show. Space is defined as one 8 foot table and 2 chairs Those needing more
space please contact Jimmie Edwards at 931-920-1800 for details and costs. Also
please note on the form if you need power for your space as this is limited and
assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.

if your display needs power.
